Wilson Fernandes, Jr. brings together more than 35 years of Christian ministry experience and over 20 years of expertise in information technology, combining pastoral insight, strategic thinking, and technical innovation to support faith-based organizations and theological education. Originally from Brazil, he has served in pastoral leadership, worship, teaching, and leadership development. He currently serves as co-pastor and worship leader at ICC Atlanta in Georgia, reflecting his ongoing commitment to Christian ministry and the preparation of future leaders.

At the Association for Hispanic Theological Education (AETH), Wilson plays a key role in the organization's technological development, digital transformation, and infrastructure management. He has designed and developed a customized, integrated nonprofit management system tailored to AETH's operational and institutional needs. This platform brings together administrative dashboards, constituent relationship management (CRM), membership administration, event management, institutional evaluations, certification workflows, and reporting tools. His work helps AETH streamline operations, strengthen institutional oversight, improve access to information, and serve its growing network of theological educators, institutions, and ministry leaders more effectively.

Wilson is also responsible for the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of AETH's website and digital infrastructure, including server administration, cybersecurity, system reliability, database management, and technology integrations. His responsibilities extend to the technological development of AETH's capacity-building initiatives, supporting digital tools and workflows that strengthen theological institutions and expand educational opportunities. By connecting organizational needs with practical technological solutions, he helps ensure that AETH's digital systems remain secure, scalable, accessible, and aligned with its mission.

Beyond AETH's central operations, Wilson contributes his technical expertise to the Justo and Catherine González Resource Center, supporting digital resource development, theological collection accessibility, and the preservation and dissemination of scholarly materials. He also supports technological initiatives that connect theological education with digital library resources and institutional services. As founder of DevProMaster, his independent technology consulting practice, Wilson works with churches, theological institutions, and nonprofit organizations to develop sustainable digital solutions. The name DevProMaster reflects his guiding philosophy: Developing for the Master, uniting technological excellence with a commitment to Christian service.

Wilson views ministry and technology as complementary gifts entrusted to him for service. He believes that technological innovation is most valuable when it strengthens relationships, removes administrative barriers, expands educational access, and enables organizations to focus more fully on their missions. Through his work at AETH, he remains committed to building reliable and forward-looking technological foundations that support Hispanic theological education, strengthen institutional capacity, and prepare organizations for the opportunities of the future.
